Videographer in Budapest
Event aftermovies, brand films and hospitality content, made by a filmmaker who has lived and worked in Budapest for over a decade.
A city I know from both sides of the camera
Budapest is where I started, first producing events and later filming them. That background still shapes how I work: I know how a rooftop bar on the Buda side lights up at nine, how a corporate dinner in a Pest ballroom moves between speeches, and how a festival crowd on an island stage behaves when the headliner starts.
Most of my work here is for hospitality brands, event agencies and companies who need films that feel like the night itself: aftermovies, social content, short brand films and the stills to go with them. I film across the city, from the party district and the Danube embankment to venues outside the centre, and I travel to Lake Balaton and the rest of Hungary when the project asks for it.
What you get is one person who understands the brief, the schedule and the room, and delivers a finished piece you can publish the same week.

Questions I get asked
Which parts of Budapest do you cover?
All of it. I live in the city, so there is no travel fee within Budapest, and I know most of the popular venues, rooftops, ruin bars and event spaces from previous shoots.
Can you film in English and Hungarian environments?
Yes. I work in both languages, which matters at international conferences and mixed teams where the crew needs to coordinate with speakers, hosts and guests.
Do you need a permit to film in public spaces in Budapest?
For small crews and handheld shooting on the embankment, bridges and squares, no permit is usually needed. For tripods, drones or larger setups I take care of the paperwork with the district or the venue.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekend events in the high season, ideally four to eight weeks ahead. Weekday corporate events can often be arranged with two weeks notice.
