A wedding film that looks like the day felt: honest, warm and unhurried, with the people who matter in the frame.

Filmed quietly, edited with care

A wedding is the one event you cannot reshoot, so I film it the way I would want my own day filmed: close enough to catch the real moments, far enough not to get in the way. I rarely direct guests, and I never stop a moment to restage it. The ceremony, the speeches and the first dance are recorded in full, and the rest of the day is told through the details that made it yours.

I have filmed weddings in Budapest venues, lakeside gardens, countryside barns and city restaurants, in Hungarian and in English, with couples from Hungary and from abroad who chose to marry here. My event background helps on the day: I know the timeline, I talk to the coordinator and the photographer, and I stay out of their shots.

You receive a highlight film of a few minutes for sharing, a longer documentary edit with the full ceremony and speeches, and vertical cuts for your phone, all colour graded and delivered online.

Questions I get asked

How many hours do you cover?

Usually from the getting ready until after the first dance, around ten to twelve hours. Shorter coverage for a civil ceremony and dinner is also possible.

Do you work with a second shooter?

For ceremonies with two locations or guest lists above 120, I bring a second camera operator so nothing is missed. For smaller weddings I film alone and keep it intimate.

When will we get the film?

A short teaser within a week, the highlight film within four to six weeks, and the full documentary edit within eight weeks. In peak season I confirm the exact dates in the contract.

Do you also photograph weddings?

I focus on the film, but I work closely with the photographer you choose. If you need a recommendation for a Budapest wedding photographer, I am happy to suggest people I have worked with.
